The mic doesn't understand Arabic
Speech recognition hears one language at a time. In the chat, tap EN / ع at the top to switch, or set it in Settings → Voice language.
I'm not getting reminders
Check Settings → Notifications → Noted on your iPhone. Reminders are planned about ten days ahead each time you open the app, so open Noted now and then.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings → Delete account. Your account and all synced tasks, plans, events and habits are deleted permanently.
